Maybe I’m too stupid, but finally I understood them…
These ads are for ANCAP (Australasian New Car Assessment Program) and they are warning motorists about the dangers of vehicles that have not passed their standards. Crash test dummies are trying to escape from technicians in the ANCAP testing facility.
